CFF Has been retained by Dharma Bharathi Mission (DBM) for recruiting an experienced Functional leader for the role of Manager, Manager – Fundraising. Dharma Bharathi Mission (DBM)<\/em><\/strong> is recruiting an experienced functional leader for the role of Manager – Fundraising. This is a stimulating leadership role in the organisation.<\/p>\n

DBM aims to eradicate hunger through mid-day meal programs, vocational training and education initiatives and is an Initiative of Navsrushti International Trust. DBM is headed by Managing Trustee, Mr. Paramjeet Singh.<\/p>\n

The organization offers an exciting opportunity for a Manager – Fundraising person to lead, manage and grow the Fundraising activities for DBM throughout the country with sharp focus on Maharashtra. The incumbent would be leading the Fundraising vertical and would be responsible for all the P & L and growth. The Fundraising initiatives will support vital developmental work of DBM with a focus on programmatic priorities of the institution.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The candidate should have the ability to actively drive creation of an overall strategy with leadership and other stakeholders, identify new corporate partnerships for DBM and roll out the created execution plan basis the briefing on the type of associations sought. The person will develop, lead and manage Fundraising activities as per priority areas. The post holder will promote a high-performance culture, encourage continuous improvement and support collaborative working in line with organizational values. Taking full budget responsibility, the successful candidate will build key relationships as well as develop tools, systems and processes to set up Fundraising activities.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Planning, detailing, donor management and implementation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As a member working with Leadership Team, actively participate in the development of DBM\u2019s plan for raising resources for its pan India projects.<\/p>\n

  • Managing Donor Relations with all donors.<\/li>\n
  • Managing Reporting, Documentation and Donor Commitments\/Deadlines.<\/li>\n
  • Assuring year on year execution of the Fundraising plan made by the organisation..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Recruit volunteers, interns and supporters, to support the Fundraising plan and ensure their training and engagement module.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sustain the approved fundraising targets and deliver appropriately.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for preparing activity-based budgets and monitoring actual spend against these budgets, including providing relevant accruals and explanations for variances.<\/p>\n

    • Provide strategic leadership to organization as a member of the senior management team.<\/li>\n
    • Basis the Fundraising Plan identify the messaging framework.<\/li>\n
    • Managing donors via online partners.<\/li>\n
    • Managing Global Giving online platform and reporting along with all donor expectations.<\/li>\n
    • Managing Venue based open funding opportunities at public locations and platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Creating quarterly update reports and managing all documentation for internal and external financial reporting.<\/li>\n
    • Maintaining awareness of key donors, their expectations and their renewal and contractual details.<\/li>\n
    • Working closely with Marketing and project teams to create Donor Network.<\/li>\n
    • Internal utilisation reports on a monthly basis along with the committed donor.<\/li>\n
    • Managing and leading efforts to create impact assessment and impact evaluation matrixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Essential experience and knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated Fundraising managerial experience at middle management level in a growing nonprofit organization.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in raising the awareness about Programmes with support from the Programmatic Team.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proven experience of working with a team, with a focus on high performance and problem solving.<\/p>\n
