\nHer Story:<\/strong> I Kanchan Bhoir, residing at Dattanagar. I am a daughter of Lata Tai (ex servant of DBM). Earlier I have done the beautician course but I was not satisfied, then I have joined DBM as my financial condition was very low and DBM provides us good teaching and knowledge in less fees. While completing the course I find the course very interesting and teacher were also very helpful and supportive. I have gained So much confidence and ample of Knowledge. After completing the course I went to Urban Clap with my beautician teacher for interview and that was unbelievable. I got selected for the Job. I am earning 35,000\/-per month, And now I am caring and finiancially supporting my mom like a son.

\nHer Story:<\/strong> I live at chitacamp. I am a housewife with very low confidence,and my financial condition is very poor. I joined DBM beautician course and I was not sure that I will complete the course because of my lack of confidence and no family support . While teaching the course my teachers and life skill trainers boosted me me and increased my confidence level asking me questions and approaching me to speak. Now I am working at a salon named Saily Salon at Vashi and earning 7000\/- above every month. I am happy, confident and empowered just because of DBM. Thank You DBM.

They are total 9 people in the family. His family monthly income is Rs 10,000\/- only and this is for the upbringing and education of the siblings. Noor gets disheartened seeing plight of his family and he not being able to help his family in anyway. <\/p>\n

\nHer Story:<\/strong> I am Ponni staying at BARC. My childhood dream was to be a Teacher but early marriage and family responsibility lost my dreams but in my mind my ambition was alive within me. My neighbour told me about DBM. I visited DBM an took admission in pre primary teaching course. Firstly I was little frightened how I’ll manage to learn again at this point of age but our teachers motivated and encouraged me .Daily lesson and learning method was simple and easy to grasp. Internship built confidence in me.Teacher encouraged me to do job and helped me get a job, and now I am teaching at Akash English High School. I am really very thankful to DBM and my teachers. What I am today is just because of DBM.

\nHer Story:<\/strong> I joined DBM pre-primary teaching course, as I wanted to know the basic teaching experience for the pre-primary students. I was barely having an idea about handling the students of age group 1-6. After joining DBM I learnt methods of teaching, teaching aids and other knowledge of caring for the kids has drastically improved in me . Now I am teaching at Crescent high school and earning Rs10000 \/- every month. I have got intense knowledge and tremendous satisfaction. I would like to thank all donors and DBM for supporting me.

\nOne of his siblings is mentally challenged and they and they are not in a state to take care of him and provide medicines but still they are doing their best.
\nNoor had tried for jobs in different places but was not successful because of his stunted growth.
\nFew NGOs have offered him books, Stationery, etc,but not any skill training or monetary help which was needed.
\nBut his teachers have strongly supported him so at Dharma Bharathi Mission he has completed skill training in Basic and Tally course.
\nAfter completion of courses he appeared for many interviews and finally succeeded and securing a job at Rajji institute at Baiganwadi.
