I am indeed grateful to DBM for conducting a one month English speaking certificate course for the poor and vernacular medium students learnt the fundamental aspects of who English speaking. The Teacher took sincere efforts to make students speak without any fear and with confidence and explained to them English grammar. He also arranged debates, frequently, on the various current issues in order to make them talk fearlessly. I appreciate the genuine efforts of DBM of youth development through education.
