FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19, March 2020

It could be the worst of times, it could bring out the best in people.

In a bid to help daily wage workers who are and will continue to be affected as businesses are temporarily shutting doors, we’re working to help their families stock up for food for the next 15 days.

Our vision is to start by impacting 200 families in phase 1, and if we get the right support to scale this up .

They will be provided with a complete grocery bag of rice, atta, oil, multiple types of dals and pulses, poha, rawa tea, sugar and spices. The cost per 5 families is Rs 5000 and per one family is Rs 1,000. You can choose any number of families.

We at Dharma Bharathi Mission, are already heavily invested in nutrition for school children. We have opened the doors of our centers, in Govandi and Trombay, and our Team have bravely offered to manage the distribution too.
